6 SIGNS OF RATING
THAT APPLICANTS DEFINITELY APPRECIATE
1.
Be flexible and attentive
Jobseekers,
whether they are a student, starter or have been active in the labor market for
a longer time, have responsibilities and obligations. As a result, they are not
always available. Be compassionate and respectful while scheduling job
applications. Give the candidates multiple time frames so that they can choose
which time suits them best.
2.
Prepare a job candidate for the conversation
Do
you need a call for a call? Please let us know what they can expect. A
conversation is often stressful and intimidating for a job applicant. By giving
information about the course of the interview you take a lot of stress away.
3.
Communicate the following steps
After
each conversation, give your best answers when they can expect a response. Do
you know after the interview that the candidate does not fit your business,
please tell me immediately. Do not let them wait unnecessarily for bad news.
The candidates will appreciate your sincerity!
4.
Ask for feedback
Ask
for feedback from your candidates about the application process. You show that
your company attaches value to the opinions of job applicants and employees.
Reward? Useful feedback about your recruitment process.
5.
Keep in touch
It
happens that multiple job applicants are eligible for the job, but you can only
accept one candidate. Keep in touch with the other candidates, they form your
talent pool. They can be a good match for future vacancies.
6.
Thank the candidates
It
speaks for itself, but is often forgotten. Thank each candidate for their time
and interest in the vacancy and company. Thank you for applying, answering and
even answering emails. A simple "thank you" is still the simplest,
but most effective form of appreciation.
