Understanding the CD duplication process and how it works

The CD Duplication process is not as complex as most people think. When duplicating CDs, the first step is to load data into a hard drive from an original CD. The data in this case can be audio data, video data, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, software releases of PDF documents. After loading the data into the hard drive, the next step is to transfer the data to a CD duplication tower. A CD duplication tower contains a column of CD burners. These CD burners are similar to those found on a personal computer. The purpose of the CD burners is to duplicate a CD at high speeds and at high accuracy levels.
The CD burners or burning towers are made of high-quality hardware components that ensure high quality control. This quality control is so essential because the hardware will automatically detect any CD that is not correctly duplicated. The incorrectly duplicated CD will then be flagged as not ideal for use and will be discarded later. After the duplicating towers finish the cheap cd duplication process, the disc will now be ready for cd printing. There are different ways of cd printing the CD and different machines to do the cd printing. Thermal cd printing, silkscreen cd printing and ink-jet cd printing are some of the cd printing processes that can be done on a CD after duplication. 
The cd printing process used will depend on the general design and qualities needed for the CDs. Ink-jet cd printing is the best for cd printing various colors. This form of cd printing is suitable for cd printing graphics and photos on the duplicated CD. Out of the named cd printing processes, ink-jet cd printing produces superb results especially for intricate photos and designs. It is also possible to go for thermal cd printing. Thermal cd printing is the best for solid color cd printing. With silkscreen cd printing, this is basically similar to the thermal cd printing.
This is because silkscreen cd printing is also the best for cd printing solid or single colors. It is however not the best for multiple color cd printing or where intricate photos and designs are needed. Perhaps the main reason for silkscreen cd printing is the speed at which objects are printed. Whereas inkjet cd printing and thermal cd printing take up to one minute to print on duplicated CDs, silkscreen cd printing prints duplicated CDs within seconds.

After the duplication process is completed as well as the cd printing process, the final step is the finishing process. The finishing process is whereby the duplicated CDs are packed into their required casings. One simple way of packing these CDs is to pack them onto a spindle. There are basically many packing options to choose from including packing them in jewel cases, in clamshells, in card sleeves or into wallets.
